I'm Too Sexy For Your Love
The pics with yellow & Green background were taken at Diana's place on Monday. Ezann was lying on the bed and happened to saw her posing - guess this was because she could not turn anymore. Love the background colours though :)
Came back from work today and Wiwik showed me some Ezann's pictures taken this afternoon. I was so shocked, thought Ezann looked so matured! as if over 1 yr old...I dunno if to be happy or sad. I am trying to cut down her weight as PD says she overweight. Ezann Ezann think mummy need to sign you up for slimming course already..hee.
We put her on the wallker today and realised she seems to "walk" behind easier then front. Also notice she crawl in the same way...strange...does all babies learn to crawl and walk like that?

Walker for Ezann
Went to Kakit Bukit Baby Kingdown to source for Ezann's Walker today, the one we like ran out of stock and the Sales person told us Kiddy Palace may have it. Unfortunately there's none in Kiddy Palace so we chose another design. Good deal too cos its cheaper than the one we initially wanted. :) Alas, after we fix the Walker and when Ezann happily sat in it , she started pulling out the toys. When she realised she can't pull it out, she starts to scream and cry!! Hopefully, she will get over it tomorrow :( Oh yes, finally bought First Books - Find it very useful. Initially I bought 1 similar one with all the recipes for baby and toddler but find the information not as informative as First Books. And the steps for food preparation listed in First Book is much simpler and practical. If anyone is keen, feel free to borrow from me ya.

Ezann is now almost 6 mths old and we have recently started feeding her porridge. She likes Brocholi and carrots best. Going back to work after maternity seems to make your day passes by faster. Ezann seems to grow so much recently, like she's able to turn her body all sides now, starting to learn how to crawl, able to grasp anything and everything that she sees, giggle and scream! Now whenever we take somthing out from her hand, she will scream in protest! I am starting to imagine if she will do that in public if I refuse to buy what she wants in the near future!! What I like best is her laughter!! After a hectic day at work, hearing her laugter takes all my weariness away.

Xindy's Place
Xindy invited us to her love nest today. Reached there around 2+ and met Cher, Rick and Baby Ruben @ the car park. Ruben looked like Daddy and wow he weighs 7.4kg and only 3 mths +!! Wonder what Cher fed him with? Grace and Adelene were there too and Boon was the last one to arrive.
Grace brought Rachel and Ryan along. Rachel practically runs around the whole house and she seems to enjoy herself very much. She's so adorable, chatty and has a lot of actions. When you tell her don't go outside cos there's bad people, she will show action like scared scared. Sooo cute. She loves taking pictures and then will wanna show mama how she look in the pic...hee wonder when Ezann gonna do that with me. Ryan was the quiet baby, he's happily in the helper's arm, enjoying the cuddling and sleeping soundly in her arms. He look exactly like Jonathan - deep set eyes and got dimples!!
In another 5 more months, Xindy's gonna join mama club..hee..welcome to the club ya!
Went dinner around 6+ to celebrate Auntie Hong 50th birthday. See how happy she is in the pics!

My parents and siblings came over my place for Lou Hei today and we had another surprise, I put Ezann on her rocker and realised that she now can push herself forward and tried to sit up!

Chinese New Year
Ezann's First CNY finally arrived and we decided to wear red on the 1st day! I never really like red in the past but not sure why recently red has become one of my favourite colour, probably age is catching up? hee..not sure..anyway red is auspicious for CNY and what's more am sure in law loves seeing us wear red.
Ezann seems to know its her 1st CNY and she seems extraordinary happy. She giggles away while Ben talked to her. Even her laughter seems to differ from any other day. We went in law place for lunch and then had Lou Hei. We proceed to Perry's house and last stop was to Aunt's Sharon's place. Its steamboat for lunch and steamboat for dinner for the whole of 1st day of CNY. I kindda sick of steamboat already.
2nd Day, we went to catch Jack Neo's Movie Ah Long Pte Ltd, I find the movie so so only and the only entertaining part was the way Mark Lee talk cos he used Malaysian accent. After that, we picked up Ezann and went to visit my MIL. Yet to visit my parents cos they went to JB to visit some relatives. Ezann only managed to visit my mum on 3rd day but Dad wasn't around..too bad.
Today we visit Ah Ying's place and then to Evelyn's place. Me and Ben played Black Jack and had some small winning. Time pass so fast, tomorrow is back to work again. Wish I could turn back the clock..hee.

4 more days to Ezann's 1st CNY
4 more days to go and Ezann will be celebrating her 1st CNY. I think I am feeling more excited than her.
Ezann now can turn both ways already. Time really flies especially when one is working. Now its more quality time vs than quantity time which I think all working mum will understand.
Ezann tend to sleep lesser now and plays longer time sometimes a bit too long I find. I think Ezann is more active compared to other babies. Most of the times, I hear my girlfriends' babies have regular napping time. But somehow Ezann's one is still rather erractic. And she still wakes up every 3 hrs for feed in the middle of the night. Hopefully in time to come, she will sleep through the night.
Had lunch at Crystal Jade Taka together with the usual gang. After which we went to Tangs. It has become a weekly affair lunching and going out in a big group. I can tell Ezann now enjoys her outing compared to the past. In the past she gets cranky and cries easily, now her legs kicks in excitment when she knows she's going out.
Hurray, I will be on leave the whole of this week! Hopefully I will have time to put down all the CNY events here. GONG HENG FATTC CHOY!!
